6:53 am PST. Another 9/10 upper day. Good form on the BO Row and no back issues.

Been either in the gym or gone for a run every M-F except last week Monday when my back had pain and I needed a rest.

I’m definitely gonna finish May in the same way I finished March, on a very strong note.

We move.

Gonna start running again. Get my cardiovascular back on point

Don’t limit yourself to just running (unless you enjoy it). Swimming, boxing, cycling, basketball, soccer :blessed: are all great for cardio.

I was starting to be disappointed that I am still topping out at sets of 6 pull-ups but then I realized I am able to do more of them in total and it took several months for me to even get one. I love that my mental health these days just tramples over my old pessimism . Inner critic doesn't stand a chance anymore. Can't believe it took me this long to commit :wow:

Once you lock into the fitness, health and well ness you’ll really ask yourself what took so long.

The mental clarity and lift to your mood can’t be underestimated.

I speak for myself when I say this but there are only a few things better than a good workout/training sessions. You get this natural high that makes you feel like you can do anything. I had a good leg day yesterday and today I'm anxious cause I want to hit legs again:russ::russ::russ:
