I tweaked my thumb a bit on Tuesday stubbornly trying to rep out dips on a bar that was too wide. Recovered in time for today's workout and didn't have any issues besides trying to do diamond push-ups. Forgot that I was supposed to add hammer curls into the rotation and ended up doing a superset with narrow push-ups. I'm debating if I should move up to 30s for the hammer curls. I don't usually do them but 25 felt pretty light today. Just dont want to over fatigue myself and have nothing left for the following day
