9:26am PST, finished my lower day and my goodness that thing was punishing. Squats, DLs, Leg curls and leg extensions finished off with calf raises.

I’m legit feeling like :dead:

Glad I got in though. Next week I’ll be back to my 5/5:30 am workouts.

We move.

Im just looking at these programs like yall talking about physics :pachaha:
People overthink these way too much. Find something that matches your goal. Do it until you no longer get the results you want. Repeat. Most people would probably get better results if they just did starting strength and learned how to lift properly.

This is where I’m at now. Focus on compound lifts, getting in more activity and eating relatively clean. As I get closer to my goal weight I’ll switch up my plan.

Try to make things simple and straight forward.

I think i need to switch my Thursday and Friday routine. I feel like I can power through push-ups but trying to do these pull-ups on a Friday is a biiiiiitch. I know i complain about dips but I always get them done and genuinely like the challenge. Had to bring out the resistance bands toward the end for the pull-ups. I am starting to notice far more back activation then usual. Maybe i take a senzu bean and surprise myself on Tuesday :ohhh:

I agree with what your saying about finding something that fits your goals and do it until you don’t see the results.

Basically what @The ADD said. Some of your posts come across as someone who doesn't have a plan. But if you're happy and achieving your goal:salute:
