People overthink these way too much. Find something that matches your goal. Do it until you no longer get the results you want. Repeat. You getting there but not there yet. You'll understand one day.This is where I’m at now. Focus on compound lifts, getting in more activity and eating relatively clean. As I get closer to my goal weight I’ll switch up my plan.
