54 minutes of chest and shoulder
1.7 mile park walk walk
20 minute infrared sauna session

This weekend was a clear reminder I’m simply not there yet. I’ve made significant progress but I can’t let up until I’m at the finish line.

Yes, it’s summer but the focus shouldn’t drop. When I get there I’ll know.
