This is no shot at you but just off this post you should focus on cutting. Worry about building muscle after you finishing cutting. And yes you should continue to lift.so I currently go to the gym 4 days a week….. i do cardio for 45 mins …. Hit the weight machines for like a half hour
I’m doing an intermittent fasting….drinking a protein shake in the morning…. Eating cherries in between and then lunch … which is either chicken and broccoli or salmon and broccoli. I’m trying to lose weight and get cut….. is it possible to gain some muscle even tho I’m fasting? Sorry if this is a dumb question.
Same for you.Say breh, I was thinking about cutting. Tomorrow is my last workout before I had a scheduled deload anywaym I put on like 25 pounds since November after I started working out, and it's certainly not all muscle. How would I go about maintaining muscle or should I just accept im going to lose something
Appreciate that …. I was going try to lose and build muscle but I’m going focus on cutting …. Need to get rid of this gutThis is no shot at you but just off this post you should focus on cutting. Worry about building muscle after you finishing cutting. And yes you should continue to lift.
Same for you.
Lift then do your cardio. Don’t want the cardio fatigue to mess with your training performance if you’re trying to retain muscle on a cut.Is my dieting the problem?
What do u suggest?
I only do pull ups and dips. My goal is to find out how strong I can get on bench, deadlift, squat, rows, and military press.@xXMASHERXx you do calisthenics?
