Yeah. I’m usually pretty good about that but got lazy. Haven’t had them sense around the same time.

I lowkey key think high carbs and high are the worst combos for your body and that what most fried foods are.
High Carbs and High Cholesterol. Very bad combo.

Went down to my office gym and had it all to myself :blessed:

There’s nothing like a lunchtime lift, get in, put in work, and get through the rest of the workday

Wrapped up a very good upper day by 9:20 PM PST. Upped my volume on the bench press and BO rows. My pull up capacity is much better, too.

My left side is lagging my right side so I’ve been adding an extra 5lbs on the left side so it works a bit more. So far so good.

I should be able to get a bit more rest since I WFH on Fridays. Planning for an intense leg day tomorrow morning. Gonna do squats, DLs, RDLs, all in one day. Will also add in leg curls, leg extensions and goblet squats.

We move.
Tried this today on bench but with 2.5 lbs except 1 set with a 5.

It seems like the best workout energy is when im very pissed off or sexually frustrated especially when i havent beat my meat in a minute. Its only been since Friday morning and I feel that anger growing. I rather feel like this now than beating my dikk 3 times a day and feeling tired and depressed. Im just vaping weed right now. I like jerking off but im trying to learn self control. Gonna do that with the weed to.

I had some fat food yesterday. shyt was good. About to indulge in some fruit eating today. Mango and watermelon. :banderas: watermelon is only going to make me feel worse downstairs. Still trying to work on healthier eating. Going to try to cut back on the sugar. Gonna be interesting this week. Going to go to the gym tomorrow. Chest and tricep tomorrow. Its been awhile. Tuesday gonna try to do jumprope at the gym or another form of cardio. I also want to get a mountain bike so i can go biking in the woods and random areas when i want to. I would go biking around my neighborhood if I had a bike. Havent written a bike in years. Its easy.

If this country doesnt go to shyt in the next couple of weeks, i hope to book swimming lessons. I want to learn how to swim so i can get a membership to a gym that has a swimming pool so i can get my michael phelps on. I wanna be good enough to do relay swimming for cardio

I need to buy some running sneakers-well really laces for my “old” but hardly used sneakers, I have a long kid break the week after next and don’t want to waste it not getting some intensity in

Otherwise we’re climbing and crawling at the park faithfully-I sure feel it

I need to find myself a weightlifting programme. Right now I am doing Crossfit for 4/5 times a week, sometimes subbing it with running or cycling. I love it, but I want to improve my strength and not always do a high intensity work out. There is space to do your own work outs but due to the setting of a Crossfit box the equipment is relatively limited. I just want to do barbell/dumbbell/calisthenics type work. Anyone know of a good programme?

Starting Strength or basically some variation of a 5x5

Starting Strength is what I would recommend but you're going to struggle with recovery. I wouldn't recommend trying to do both.
