I haven't missed any workouts but I feel like I have been too lenient with the diet. I never even made a real attempt at doing a cut :flabbynsick:

Story Time:

There is a guy that does the wild acrobatics on one of the racks every weekend. It’s like so of the wild shyt you see in planet fitness videos but also half gymnastics. He also will “land” in a super hero pose like Black Widow. Dude is probably 6’4” 230. Its wild extra but whatever.

Today he’s actually using the rack to squat (wild) and he’s got like 250 on the bar. I’m like let me see how this goes. Sure enough he does a set that looks like max effort and calling it a quarter squat is being kind.

Just realized the Planet Fitness in the burbs are 24 hours and they seem half the cost of Anytime fitness. Mainly use LA fitness but been considering a second 24 hour membership somewhere
I would say anytime has better equipment. They might be closer to what you’re used to.

when I looked up the cost it seems they do BiWeekly payment only and its double the cost lol. There is a hardcore gym that I can pay for the year for but PF is still cheaper and has national footprint but still debating as I dont "need" to do it

i literally saw this yesterday morning while i was doing my calisthenics..trainer had dude jump on one side of the ropes, do a pushup, jump on the other side of the ropes, do a pushup, then do the ropes for like 30 secs...i was like :heh:
