Lower the weight, record yourself and compare what you are doing to what you are seeing in the videos or have someone knowledgeable review and provide tips.when I do chest press I’ve been trying to work on my form …. I’m not really feeling it in my chest but in my shoulders
I’m a novice with the dumbbell weights….. I’ve been watching a couple YouTube videos trying to work on my form but I’m just not getting it….. I just end up using the chest press machine instead
