Not the best AM leg day. I’ll give it a 6/10. It was abridged because I woke up quite late and had an 8:30am work call but better to get in something than nothing.

Better that it’s in the AM. Those PM workouts just mess up my flow after work. Also got this pretty lady coming over for dinner today :youngsabo:

I will stand on this all day everyday, an AM workout is one of the cheat codes in life. Go into the workday feeling like you can take on the world.

Besides Monday this whole week felt assss. Just seemed like I had low energy and couldn't really find any motivation. I kept telling myself that consistency and dedication doesn't mean waiting for the stars to align it means showing up every day and doing the best you can. Typing this after finishing my workouts for the week and that last set of dips whipping my ass :francis:

Just wrapped up a 6.25 mile run. Will still play soccer tomorrow, too. Also played on Monday as well. Very cardio heavy week tbh

After these couple of dates I got over the weekend I really gotta scale back the drinking, it’s slowing down my cut.

A 5/10 workout beats a 0/10 every day of the week, twice on Sunday. Building up the habit is the more important thing.

Even if I can’t get to the gym I’ll still go for at minimum a 3 mile run.

Just keep at it.
