Just wrapped up a 6.25 mile run. Will still play soccer tomorrow, too. Also played on Monday as well. Very cardio heavy week tbh
After these couple of dates I got over the weekend I really gotta scale back the drinking, it’s slowing down my cut.
I kept telling myself that consistency and dedication doesn't mean waiting for the stars to align it means showing up every day and doing the best you can. Typing this after finishing my workouts for the week and that last set of dips whipping my ass
A 5/10 workout beats a 0/10 every day of the week, twice on Sunday. Building up the habit is the more important thing.
Even if I can’t get to the gym I’ll still go for at minimum a 3 mile run.
Just keep at it.
