Whacked my elbow at work. Could barely bench today because of the pain. Cut my workout 20 minutes in and ended up running a mile straight. Haven’t ran in like a year so I’m happy about that.
So much stability, stretching and warming up to never do a single explosive things is wild.

I will stand on this all day everyday, an AM workout is one of the cheat codes in life. Go into the workday feeling like you can take on the world.
I kept telling myself that consistency and dedication doesn't mean waiting for the stars to align it means showing up every day and doing the best you can. Typing this after finishing my workouts for the week and that last set of dips whipping my ass![]()
Just had a similar leg day this morning. Imo, these are the type of workouts you need every so often. It shows if you really want it or not. And even if you can't do what you want, as long as you push yourself on the things you can do, it's still a good workout.Besides Monday this whole week felt assss. Just seemed like I had low energy and couldn't really find any motivation. Just wrapped up soccer and I’ll never regret going but man I was feeling the effects of my date last night.Just wrapped up a 6.25 mile run. Will still play soccer tomorrow, too. Also played on Monday as well. Very cardio heavy week tbh
After these couple of dates I got over the weekend I really gotta scale back the drinking, it’s slowing down my cut
