This. When you work corporate you have to make an extra effort to get in proper exercise or you’ll wilt away.
I would say the average person needs to make an extra effort regardless of what type of job they work. And I agree with @The ADD, rest days are torture for me. Cardio wasn't enough, I had to start adding in some calisthenics just so I don't go crazy lol

I haven’t been in the gym since February. Every time I drive by that muh the parking lot is filled. My credit card expires this month and I’m thinking of canceling my membership. Might just get a rack in my basement and call it a day. I’ve been doing more swimming than anything.

Swimming is one of the GOAT exercises anyway. Keep at it.

Amazing weather today.

Did a nice 18 mile ride in SF. Went through Golden Gate Park down to the zoo via the Great Ocean Highway.

What a view and what a ride

This is what’s happening to me now :francis: Started back trying to get my strength back but this past month working overtime I’ve lost weight and strength and I’m going to have to deload some. At least my conditioning is still decent.

Good AM leg workout just wrapped up. Got in to the gym at 6am which is about 30-45min later than I aim for but that’s what you get when you do a late evening Monday workout.

Regardless, we move. 2 for 2.

EDIT: The morning workouts really help me when it comes to nutrition during the day. It may all in my head, but I feel I make better nutrition choices after a great workout.

Its something about dips that feel euphoric to me. It has been really fun to work out the kinks and keep finding little nuances to correct my form


My mind was telling me ya done good it's time for bed now
:damn: but my body was like how many of these can I crank off before my arms stop working :mjlit:

Decent upper body AM workout. 3/3.

Initially was going to shorten the workout so I could meet my former manager in the city but she pushed to tomorrow so I’m good

The morning workouts really help me when it comes to nutrition during the day. It may all in my head, but I feel I make better nutrition choices after a great workout.
