This. When you work corporate you have to make an extra effort to get in proper exercise or you’ll wilt away.
I would say the average person needs to make an extra effort regardless of what type of job they work. And I agree with @The ADD, rest days are torture for me. Cardio wasn't enough, I had to start adding in some calisthenics just so I don't go crazy lol

I haven’t been in the gym since February. Every time I drive by that muh the parking lot is filled. My credit card expires this month and I’m thinking of canceling my membership. Might just get a rack in my basement and call it a day. I’ve been doing more swimming than anything.

Swimming is one of the GOAT exercises anyway. Keep at it.

This is what’s happening to me now :francis: Started back trying to get my strength back but this past month working overtime I’ve lost weight and strength and I’m going to have to deload some. At least my conditioning is still decent.

Upper Day done. 1 for 1 so far.

Getting back to 5 for 5 this week and then next week I’ll start a new 8 week lifting plan to take me to July 4th.

Back to the mundane, back to the process. We move.
